Welcome to TradeBack (tradeback.edialex.com). By accessing our website, creating an account, or using our cashback services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and Payout Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Tracking Rules

Affiliate Tracking: To be eligible for any cashback reward, you MUST purchase the evaluation, challenge, or trading tool using the specific “Get Cashback” affiliate link provided on our platform immediately before making the purchase.
Cookies Enabled: Tracking relies entirely on browser cookies. If you have ad-blockers enabled, use private browsing (except when specifically instructed), or visit the partner site through other links prior to purchasing, the tracking may fail. TradeBack is not responsible for untracked purchases.
One Account Per User: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts on TradeBack to abuse the system. Any duplicate accounts will be terminated immediately.

2. Cashback Verification Process

Proof of Purchase: After completing a purchase, you must submit valid proof (invoice, receipt, or confirmation screenshot) through your personal Dashboard.
Verification Timeline: Once submitted, your claim status will be marked as “Pending Verification.” The review process typically takes up to 7 business days, as we must manually verify and confirm the transaction status with our partner Prop Firms.
Final Discretion: The approval of any cashback claim is at the sole discretion of the partner Prop Firm. If the partner firm denies our affiliate commission for your purchase, TradeBack reserves the right to deny your cashback claim.

3. Payout & Withdrawal Policy

Minimum Threshold: The minimum amount required to request a payout is $20.00 USD in your “Available Balance.”
Pending Request Lock: To prevent processing errors and system abuse, you can only have one (1) pending withdrawal request at a time. The payout form will remain locked until your current request is either completed or reviewed by our team.
Payment Methods: Withdrawals are processed via Crypto (as specified in the payout form) PayPal, Revolut or Bank Transfer. Any transaction fees incurred during the transfer are the sole responsibility of the user.
Processing Time: Once a payout request is approved, funds are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Policy

TradeBack maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Any attempts to manipulate screenshots, submit fake invoices, exploit system bugs, or reverse-engineer the platform will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
If a user requests a refund from the partner Prop Firm after receiving cashback from TradeBack, the user’s TradeBack account will be suspended, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

5. Limitation of Liability

TradeBack is an independent affiliate platform and is not a Prop Firm, broker, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee the financial stability, service quality, or payout capability of any third-party Prop Firm listed on our website. You engage with third-party firms entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

TradeBack reserves the right to modify these terms and payout thresholds at any time to reflect market changes or platform updates. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
